April Recipe: Homemade Super Simple KFC Flavored French Fries
Overview
The homemade French fries this time are a very popular but very delicious snack. The taste is no less than the French fries in KFC, and the homemade ones are more reliable. This recipe combines a variety of French fries recipes, absorbs the advantages and corrects the shortcomings, and finally becomes a gourmet recipe with a 100% success rate~ (April recipes do not mean April recipes, my other online name is April Day, thus starting the April recipe series~)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Because we are going to eat many times, we prepare three potatoes and cut them into a large plate that looks like a mountain;
-
Peel and wash;
-
Cut into strips and soak in cold water for fifteen minutes to remove starch. The water should cover the potato strips;
-
After fifteen minutes, pour out the water and rinse it with clean water three times;
-
Put the potato strips into the boiling water and cook over low heat for two to three minutes, not too soft;
-
Take it out and drain it. You can use kitchen paper to absorb the water. I didn’t have any so I drained it directly (I’m such a pixelated pig...);
-
Put it in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for three to four hours to freeze hard. You can take it out and fry it directly at any time! (I overfrozen it, so it became a lump. Just take it out, defrost it, drain it and refreeze it)
-
Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot, add the fries, take them out after they turn white, and then fry them again until they are golden in color. You can take them out and eat them. I did not add any seasonings, including salt, and they are very delicious when they come out! It’s out of the oven~
