Scallops with mud bag and skirt

Add wine to marinate for preparation

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for five minutes and set aside

Add oil to the pan, add the prepared garlic and fry until golden

Add millet pepper and steamed fish soy sauce

Take an empty plate and arrange it. Place the vermicelli on the bottom and add three spoons of water to prevent it from drying out and taste bad. Add scallops on top of the vermicelli, top with fried millet, pepper and garlic paste, put it on the steamer and let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes

Pour steamed fish with soy sauce again before serving, don’t make it salty
