Choose young leaves of white cauliflower and not stems

Clean and mince some garlic

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry

Add the white cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat for a while until cooked, add a little salt and sugar, stir well and then serve on a plate (the white cauliflower has a bit of a bitter taste, add some sugar for a better texture)
