handful of pasta (80g), 7 frozen shrimps (70g), 3 small tomatoes (45g), 1/2 green pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, a little salt

Boil water in a pot (6 cups of water + 1 tsp of salt), put the frozen shrimps into the water (2 cups) and defrost them for 10 minutes, then remove the water and set aside.
