Cut the chicken wings in half and put them in cold water to pull out the bleeding, drain the water and set aside

Add cold oil in a cold pot and fry the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then take them out

Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the wing root and cooking wine and stir-fry

Stir fry until the skin turns color

Add water (water should not cover the wings), cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and continue simmering until the soup becomes thick

When the soup thickens, pour in sesame oil and stir-fry for a few times, then turn off the heat
