Wash the mochi and cut it in half. If you want it faster, you can put it in the microwave and turn it for 1 minute (the time depends on the size and thickness of the mochi. Don’t turn it for too long to avoid it getting hard)

Fry sesame seeds in a pot over low heat

Mix brown sugar and sesame seeds

Heat oil in a pan, spread the mochi on it and fry until soft

Sprinkle with brown sugar and sesame seeds

Roll up and fry the outer skin until the color you like

Cut into small pieces and eat hot. It is fragrant, sweet and glutinous, very delicious
