  1. Wash the mochi and cut it in half. If you want it faster, you can put it in the microwave and turn it for 1 minute (the time depends on the size and thickness of the mochi. Don’t turn it for too long to avoid it getting hard)

  2. Fry sesame seeds in a pot over low heat

  4. Heat oil in a pan, spread the mochi on it and fry until soft
