  1. Use a mold to press out the flying cakes into small round cakes. I used a mold with a diameter of 7cm

  2. Put mango pulp on half of the dough

  3. Sprinkle some fine sugar

  4. Wrap it like a dumpling and use a fork to make marks

  5. Brush the wrapped raw embryos with whole egg wash

  6. Place in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until browned

  7. The mango cake, crispy on the outside, sweet and delicious on the inside, is ready
