Use a mold to press out the flying cakes into small round cakes. I used a mold with a diameter of 7cm

Put mango pulp on half of the dough

Sprinkle some fine sugar

Wrap it like a dumpling and use a fork to make marks

Brush the wrapped raw embryos with whole egg wash

Place in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until browned

The mango cake, crispy on the outside, sweet and delicious on the inside, is ready
