A few days ago, I made 12 fresh passion fruits and made a few bottles of passion fruit, mango and pineapple jam. There were only 8 fruits left. They were almost shriveled when placed in the refrigerator... If you want to retain the delicious taste of fresh fruits, follow the previous recipe of stewing lemons with rock sugar and try stewing passion fruit syrup! Grab a bottle of sparkling water, pair it with home-grown mint leaves and this sweet and sour passion fruit syrup. It will definitely be the TOPONE drink to cool down!

  1. Cut the passion fruit open, scoop out the seeds and juice with a spoon, and put it into a stew pot

  3. Put it into an electric stew pot and simmer for 3 hours. After cooling slightly, pour the passion fruit juice, meat and seeds into a mesh sieve to filter out the juice and syrup. For those of you who are not disgusted with passion fruit seeds, you can store the seeds separately, or you can soak them in water and drink them. It is a virtue not to waste them!
