Ingredients: Cured chicken legs (washed), broad bean meat (washed), rice

Place the bacon legs on the chopping board, remove the chicken bones and cut into small pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add washed broad bean meat and stir-fry, set aside.

Pour the rice into the rice cooker and rinse it.

Add the same amount of water as you normally would for cooking rice.

Then, add the sliced bacon legs.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Give it a stir.

Next, put it in the rice cooker.

Cover the lid, plug in the power, and press the cooking button to start cooking.

Then, when the rice is half cooked, open the lid and add the washed broad beans.

Cover and continue simmering.

Finally, when cooked, jump to the keep warm setting and simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
