Crispy peanut ice cream
Overview
The weather is getting cooler, and ice cream is even more enjoyable. I bought a lot of ice cream yesterday and decided to have some fun today. Everyone, hurry up and eat together!

Fry the peanuts in a pot, peel them and mash them

Thaw the flying cake skin and roll it out slightly thinner (I forgot to take a picture of this step). Brush the mold with a thin layer of oil, put in the flying cake skin, and arrange the shape (I made it a bit ugly, you can make it look better)

Spread some chocolate chips underneath

Spread a layer of chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate chips

Place in the oven over medium heat for 20 minutes (the specific time depends on your oven) and bake until the crust is crispy and golden

Put a scoop of ice cream in the puff pastry, top with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts
