Boil the rice dumpling leaves in water for two minutes in advance and then wash them. Cut the purple potatoes into cubes and add them to the sago.

Sago needs to be wetted with water and cannot be soaked. Put the rice dumpling leaves into the sago and compact. Boil the wrapped rice dumplings in water for 20 minutes.
