Wash the apples.

Peel, cut in half, remove the core, and cut into thick slices about 1cm

Soak in light salt water for a while to prevent oxidation.

Place in a fruit dryer and air dry for 8-10 hours. (The time depends on the thickness of the apple.)

After air drying, seal and store.
