Pan-fried steak bread slices
Overview
Preparing breakfast for children always takes some effort. They are very busy, so breakfast is very important. It must be nutritious and full of energy, so that they can be full of energy throughout the morning. I cooked steak for my children this morning, paired it with the dome bread I made yesterday, some vegetables, and yogurt. It was nutritious, delicious, and full of energy. The children ate it up and went to work happily!

Steps
-
I bought fresh beef filets and cut them into 300g pieces. They were frozen in the refrigerator for easy use
-
Take out the frozen beef and defrost it in the refrigerator the day before
-
When you wake up in the morning, take out the steak and let it warm before doing anything else. After letting the steak warm up, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture
-
Today I used COOK100 black pepper steak sauce powder to season the steak. It’s easy, just take the required amount
-
Spread the sauce powder evenly on both sides of the steak, spread a thin layer of butter on the surface, and marinate for about half an hour
-
The giant dome bread I made was super big, half the size of a basketball. After slicing, the middle one is too big, so use one slightly further to the side.
-
Put some butter in the frying pan and brown the bread slices on both sides. This step is for convenience if you don’t have an oven. I prefer to butter the bread slices first and then bake them directly in the oven, so that the steak is fried and the bread is just right. When frying like this, it is best to put it in the oven at 100 degrees and keep it warm for a while, so that it will be warm when the steak is put in and the steak will wake up better and become more tender
-
Heat the frying pan to about 200 degrees. You can put a small amount of salad oil. When you see the oil smoking, the basic temperature is fine. Then add the steak,
-
Fry one side for about half a minute, flip over, add a little butter and fry for another half minute,
-
Then turn down the heat and fry for about 1 minute
-
Quickly cut into strips with a knife so that the juice will not flow out
-
Then fry the cut surface slightly to lock in the moisture
-
Add the blanched broccoli and fry at the same time. Fry over low heat for about 2 minutes. Press it with your hands and turn off the heat when the maturity level is about 50%. Because the iron frying pan I used can continue to heat before taking it out, so that the steak will be basically 7% done when it comes out of the pan. The steak fried in this way is very tender and retains the flavor of the beef
-
Take out the bread slices that have been kept warm in the oven and put the steak on them
-
Immediately cover it with tin foil and let it wake up for about 3 minutes
-
After waking up, add broccoli, garnish with tomatoes and enjoy
