Eggplant is the ingredient that made our family fall in love with it. Everyone has their own favorite way to eat it. I am also happy to prepare different eggplants for everyone, but today’s sauce-fried eggplant is the most common and simplest one

First, cut the eggplant and pepper into sections of almost the same size (choose eggplant with soft skin, which is easier to ripen and more delicious)

When frying the eggplant, there must be more oil. Don’t be stingy, otherwise it will not taste good. Add the pepper and eggplant to the pot at the same time. Fry until the eggplant becomes soft. Move the eggplant to one side of the pot. Then add two tablespoons of spicy sauce to the remaining oil and stir-fry until fragrant. Then mix together and stir-fry
