Ingredients: 100 grams of pancake powder (muffin powder), 120 ml of milk (three slices per person)

First mix the pancake powder and milk evenly

Stir thoroughly until a thick paste forms

Put the sliced butter into a small frying pan and melt over low heat (you must remember to use low heat during frying)

Pour in one-third of the PANCAKE batter and fry over low heat until air holes appear on the surface of the batter

Flip and fry the other side again until both sides are browned. Repeat this to make 3 pieces

Stack the fried pancakes on the plate. You can also add your favorite jam or honey in the middle of each layer, so that the taste will be more intense
