Beer Potato Cheese Soup
Overview
Cheddar cheese is also called cheddar cheese. Made from whole milk, it is one of the most basic cheeses and is so versatile that it can replace almost any cheese. During the cooking process, from gravy to cheese sauce to baking. Cheddar cheese is rich in nutrients and contains a lot of calcium. Due to the high production and so many people eating it in the United States, some people even call it American cheese.

Heat the pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Add celery and cook for 5 minutes.

Add sliced potatoes. Add chicken stock.

Add beer and thyme. Bring to a simmer, pot partially covered, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

When the potatoes are tender, transfer the potato mixture to a bowl and let cool for a few minutes. Pour in batches into a blender and add a portion of the RICOS Cheddar Cheese Sauce Concentrate. (If the potato mixture is divided into 3 batches, add the cheese in 3 batches)

Beat potato mixture and RICOS Cheddar Cheese Sauce until evenly mixed.
