Soak the kidney beans for 3 hours first (I forgot to take a photo, so I’ll use this picture)

Add water again, add plums and rock sugar. Press the button on the electric pressure cooker to cook beans

After pressing, let cool. Soak it overnight to enhance the flavor. Delicious.
