Overview
This dish is often made by my parents in my hometown, and it is also a favorite dish. It is simple to make but goes well with rice. Geng usually likes me to fry this dish for him, but the most important step in this dish is to fry the tofu. Once the tofu is fried, making this dish is half the battle
