Frosted Flower Toast
Overview
I have made frosted biscuits before, and my son likes them very much. This time I put the frosting on the toast and paired it with the strawberry jam I made myself. It can be said that it is delicious.

Prepare the icing and egg whites

Put the egg whites into a container. It must be oil-free and water-free. Add a few drops of lemon juice and beat until coarse foam. Sift the powdered sugar into the egg whites in three batches. Use a whisk each time to mix the powdered sugar and egg whites evenly

Just beat until the dripping lines are not easily smoothed out

Divide the beaten icing into two parts, add a drop of pink coloring to one part and mix well

Add the other portion of green coloring and mix well

Put them into two piping bags respectively, and cut a small opening of 2mm at the exit. Do not cut it too big

Use cookie cutters to carve flowers on toast

After everything is carved, take a flower and smear it with strawberry jam

Take another slice and spread it with strawberry jam

Cover with a flower

Use pink frosting to draw along the inner circle of the flower

Cut the remaining toast into several leaves and draw leaf shapes with green icing
