Raisin Jam
Overview
There were too many fruits at home, and I also learned to make jam to mix with yogurt. Make it yourself, no additives, but it is recommended to eat it as soon as possible.

Soak the fruit in salt water for fifteen minutes, squeeze the juice from the lemon and set aside.

Separate the fruit and skin, and remove the core from the pulp. You can use a mixer to mix it, but I'm lazy and don't use it if I don't want to wash it.
