Rose bean paste filling
Overview
Basic white bean paste is a semi-finished product made by peeling white kidney beans, cooking them and crushing them into a puree with excess water removed. The idea for this filling was a pure eureka moment. I have saved a lot of basic white bean paste for the Mid-Autumn Festival. I just had a little bit left in the bottle of rose jam, and suddenly I had the urge to combine them. In fact, we had the idea as early as last year, but the Mid-Autumn Festival is too short, and many ideas have not had time to be completed, and the Mooncake Festival has ended in a hurry. After sleeping for a long year, when his eyes touched the almost empty bottle of rose jam, this idea was suddenly aroused and became clearer.
