There is a recipe that I love recently. The original recipe comes from the idol @Huihui Food Notes. I changed it slightly and added some whole wheat flour. I tried the second batch of refrigerated fermentation and found that the effect is not bad. It can definitely be added to my quick breakfast series. Knead the dough and shape it the night before, put it in the refrigerator for the second time, and bake it for 20 minutes the next day, and then you can eat soft and delicious bread.
