Stir-fried spring bamboo shoots with Chinese toon

Thanks to Gourmet World for giving Arowana a try. My family has always used Arowana products, and I feel that the big brands are trustworthy. I once saw a TV report that introduced the entire process of pressing Arowana peanut oil. However, the manpower and equipment used to select and sterilize peanuts are not something that ordinary small manufacturers can do. There are many kinds of oil for arowana, among which fragrant sesame oil is my favorite, especially for salad or stir-fry dishes. Today I fried Chinese toon with sesame oil and then added flavor to the spring bamboo shoots. Haha, it’s fragrant and delicious.
