I saw various donkey-hide gelatin cakes online for only tens to hundreds of dollars per pound, and I thought it was too unreliable. I happen to have someone I know well who can get good donkey-hide gelatin cakes, but good donkey-hide gelatin cakes are not cheap at all. I bought them at an internal subscription price, so I basically never considered buying them online. I decided to make donkey hide gelatin cake at home, let’s take a look at the finished product!
