Beer stewed chicken

Beer-cooked meat and potatoes are both delicious. Beef, duck, chicken and potatoes are all very authentic. So, I specially bought about 2 pounds of chicken and boiled it in beer. Needless to say, it’s delicious.

If you want it to be spicier, they will add Cayenne powder. I am still more interested in Paprika. This time I made chicken nuggets based on Lao Mei’s recipe. It is neither Chinese nor Western. It is delicious and the color is very red.
