【Oatmeal Bread】The most fragrant and simple taste

The bread that Mark saw on TV was called "barley bread"; the original recipe was barley and corn, but Mark didn't use it because of his family's taste of corn. With the bad factor of "not distinguishing between grains", I went to the market to look for barley, but to no avail; so I brought back oatmeal grains. When I baked bread, I found that all the oatmeal grains were hidden at the bottom. When chewing bread, I occasionally chew wheat kernels and feel the sweetness. Mark can only find the description "sweet" in my mind. The Chinese-style bread is very soft, and my family likes it very much.
