Mix all ingredients except butter and knead into dough.

Add the butter and knead it into a film. You don’t need to make the film too extreme! Carry out basic fermentation.

Ferment until doubled in size, divide into two doughs, roll out and rest for 10 minutes.

Roll each dough into a 10*27 cm piece.

Fold the left and right sides in half, making the center about 1 cm thick.

Roll up from top to bottom, pinch the opening and both sides (I forgot to pinch the opening on both sides.)

After the second fermentation, about 50 minutes. Dust the surface of the dough with flour and make 5 cuts.

Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Color and cover with tin foil.
