I am still a newbie in making steamed buns. This is the first time I have made a proper steamed bun. I made everything by myself from mixing the dough to mixing the stuffing and baking the dough. It doesn't seem to be particularly successful, but fortunately the filling tastes super good, which makes up for the lack of dough. It definitely tastes good. The stuffing I prepare is always very sticky and very good. My husband has never understood why I can prepare it so well. I feel ashamed that I don’t even know it. My family thinks it is kept a secret. Haha, my facial hair is not very good. So on this point, everyone must make good use of it.
