Soak the glutinous rice in warm water a few hours in advance (I go to the hospital to soak it at 7 a.m., and it’s about 12 o’clock when I go back to the dormitory after get off work and start cooking)

Buy lean meat from the supermarket, mince it, mix it with a piece of tofu, knead it finely, add seasonings (a little bit of salt, ginger, cornstarch, too much will make it dry, pepper, optional, fresh vegetable juice, optional), and then continue to mix well

Add water to the electric cooker and put on the steamer

Knead it well and put it in a steamer to steam

When it's almost cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion
