Yogurt Cake
Use homemade thick yogurt to make cakes using the water bath method. The texture of the cake is very similar to light cheesecake - moist, delicate, and melts in your mouth, but it is much more refreshing than light cheesecake. Especially after it is baked and allowed to cool, then put it in the refrigerator before eating, it is refreshing and cool. This yogurt cake can be made without adding a drop of oil, making it truly oil-free and low-fat. Although the lactic acid bacteria in yogurt no longer exist after high temperatures, it gives the cake a moist and refreshing taste, so it is worth a try.

Yogurt matcha cake
Once upon a time, I saw the matcha cake made by other friends. The pure green color really whetted my appetite. Everyone must remember that when making matcha cakes, breads or biscuits, you must choose good quality matcha, so that they will taste good and have bright colors. This time I used Wakatake’s matcha, and later ordered Isuzu’s matcha from I Baking. In short, good matcha is the key to a perfect matcha cake.

Yogurt cheese pie
This month I have been making high-sugar and high-calorie desserts, and I got a little tired of them, so I thought of making a savory pie to try. My daughter is in the period of growth and development, but she is an out-and-out carnivore and almost refuses to eat vegetables. To trick her into eating more veggies, I added a generous amount of crispy sausage to the filling along with some broccoli and carrots. In order to reduce the calories, I did not add whipping cream and used homemade yogurt instead. Considering that she likes the taste of black pepper, add an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper. In this way, a delicious yogurt cheese pie was born. The pie crust is as crispy as a cookie and has a little bit of sweetness. Combined with the slightly salty filling, the taste is wonderful when you take a bite.
