Yogurt cheese pie
Overview
This month I have been making high-sugar and high-calorie desserts, and I got a little tired of them, so I thought of making a savory pie to try. My daughter is in the period of growth and development, but she is an out-and-out carnivore and almost refuses to eat vegetables. To trick her into eating more veggies, I added a generous amount of crispy sausage to the filling along with some broccoli and carrots. In order to reduce the calories, I did not add whipping cream and used homemade yogurt instead. Considering that she likes the taste of black pepper, add an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper. In this way, a delicious yogurt cheese pie was born. The pie crust is as crispy as a cookie and has a little bit of sweetness. Combined with the slightly salty filling, the taste is wonderful when you take a bite.
