People in the north prefer to eat pasta. Our family often makes dumplings, steamed buns, pot stickers and the like. My husband-in-law especially loves to eat pot stickers, meat and seafood, so I usually make more of these two kinds of fillings. In fact, pot stickers are usually stuffed with pork, cabbage, mutton and radish, and the worst stuffing is beef. Because beef has less fat, the filling tastes hard. However, if you follow my recipe, you can completely avoid this problem. Beef pot stickers are all made with skills from kneading the noodles to making the stuffing. The noodles should be kneaded with half of the noodles, so that the pot stickers will taste the best, with soft dough and crispy bottom. When adding beef filling, be sure to add more water and stir continuously in one direction while adding so that the meat filling can be fully absorbed. If you don't stir in a lot of water, the meat filling will be very hard and unpalatable. The pot stickers made according to my recipe are guaranteed to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and will be crispy and fresh when you take a bite, making it so enjoyable to eat.
