Jellyfish is a healthy food with low cholesterol. The crispy texture and transparent shape are perfect for appetizers. I have tried making cold jellyfish many times, either pure or with cucumber shreds, and they all taste good. But today’s method of mixing with shredded apples is definitely a sudden inspiration.
