Jellyfish is a healthy food with low cholesterol. The crispy texture and transparent shape are perfect for appetizers. I have tried making cold jellyfish many times, either pure or with cucumber shreds, and they all taste good. But today’s method of mixing with shredded apples is definitely a sudden inspiration. I wonder if anyone has done this before? But it was really a very fulfilling and innovative practice for me. Although it's a bit special, it tastes really good. Simple, delicious and worth a try!
