Souffle is the transliteration of French souffle, which is a very classic French dessert. Soufflé may look unremarkable, but appearance is by no means its real charm. After the base material made of egg yolks, milk, butter, etc. is mixed with fully beaten egg whites, the freshly baked soufflé is extremely fluffy and light. Some people describe it as a delicious taste that melts on the tip of the tongue when touched. This is not unrelated to its short-lived tasting time. This delicious dessert can only be tasted for a few minutes after it comes out of the oven. As time passes, the former beauty quickly collapses as the heat dissipates, and the unique light taste no longer exists. Perhaps it is precisely because of its brevity that its beauty is so precious. This is also the one that I have taken the most photos of since I started baking. I just want my friends to appreciate every wonderful moment in the baking process through the pictures.
