Shrimp and Preserved Vegetables
Overview
I have always liked preserved vegetables. It has high iron content and can be used in many ways. My favorite is to use it to make preserved vegetables with shrimps. My colleague gave me some homemade dried vegetables from a farmer. I just finished eating the shrimps. It is also good to use dried shrimps instead~~~~~

Prepare the ingredients, dried vegetables, dried shrimps, mushrooms, garlic, and sugar

Rinse the shrimp skin and drain; wash and dice the preserved vegetables; chop the mushrooms and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the mushrooms and garlic, and stir-fry over low heat

Add dried shrimps and saute until fragrant

Add the preserved vegetables and stir-fry over medium heat for two minutes

Add a little sugar, optional
