Soak the snow lotus seeds and barley the night before to make them easier to cook.

Add the cold water of snow lotus seeds and barley to the rice cooker, boil the pot and cook for half an hour, then add the sweet potatoes and red date slices and continue simmering until the sweet potatoes are soft. Ps: I used dried red dates bought in the supermarket. I have already gone through the date pits, so it is more convenient to eat. If you don’t have them at home, you can just use red dates.
