Overview

This recipe is based on Long Baobao Chen Nuo's recipe, which is simple and easy to use and delicious. The prepared tofu puffs can be eaten directly with salt and pepper or dipped in tomato sauce. My recipe is cabbage stewed with vermicelli and tofu puffs!

  1. Cut tofu into cubes

  2. Brush the tofu evenly with oil on all sides and put it into the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 3 minutes. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer

  3. Air fry at 180 degrees and fry for 15 to 20 minutes
