  1. Prepare all ingredients

  2. Add sugar (80g) to tapioca flour (200g)

  3. Add water (180g) and mix well

  4. Add coconut milk (80g)

  6. Add matcha powder (5g) to water (180g) and mix well

  7. Then mix well as you did before with the original flavor

  8. Dissolve brown sugar + hot water (180g)

  9. Wait until it cools completely

  10. Then stir evenly in the same way as the original method

  11. Apply a little oil to the glassware to prevent it from sticking when unmoulding

  12. Use a spoon to spread a spoonful on the bottom of the vessel

  13. Boil the water in the pot and put it on to steam

  14. Wait for the first layer to freeze (about 2~3 minutes), then pour the second layer and continue steaming

  15. Wait for the second layer to freeze, then move to the third layer, and so on until the top layer. Steam for at least 10 minutes after adding the last layer to avoid the middle being undercooked

  16. After steaming, wait until it cools before demolding
