Butterfly Noodles with Scallops and Tomato Sauce
Overview
The shape of the butterfly noodles is very cute and the children like to eat it. The tomato sauce is added to make it even more delicious. I just happened to have some scallop meat at home and added it to it.

Wash fresh mushrooms and cut into strips.

Make a cross cut in the middle of the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water for three minutes, then peel and cut into small pieces.
