Overview
Lily, lotus seeds and mung beans are all three stars in clearing away heat and removing internal heat. If you eat too much greasy food, drink some light porridge to neutralize it. If you like sweet food, you can add some rock sugar when cooking.

Soak lily, lotus seeds and mung beans in warm water half an hour in advance. Then remove the core from the lotus seeds

Pour lily, lotus seeds and mung beans into cold water and cook
