There are many ways to eat dumplings. This is an upgraded version of a dish. Pan-fried dumplings wrapped in eggs. The fragrant fried dumplings are surrounded by yellow eggs. They are really full of color, flavor and flavor.

Prepare the following ingredients. I usually buy quick-frozen dumplings from Wan Chai Pier.

Heat the pan, brush it with a layer of oil, place the dumplings on them, and fry the bottom until they turn yellow. You will also need to fry them with the eggs later, so it won’t take too long. Quick-frozen dumplings don’t like to be shaped.

Add water to the pot, no more than half of the dumplings. Wait until the water dries up to see if it is cooked. If not, add water and continue cooking.

Crack two eggs into a bowl and stir, pour slowly along the edge of the pot, and sprinkle some chopped green onion on top. Don't put too many eggs in. The top part won't be cooked well and the bottom part will be easily mushy. Cover the egg with a lid. Once the top part of the eggs is all solidified, you can take it out of the pan.
