【Red Bean Matcha Star Popsicle】
Overview
This was done when the weather was hot. I remember that the little guy wanted to go to Starbucks, so I took him to order a cup of red bean and matcha frappuccino without coffee. Unexpectedly, after only half of the drink, he said no more. Looking at the rest of the Frappuccino that had completely melted, I lost interest in drinking it, so I just threw it away and thought it was a waste, so I simply took it home. But it’s okay to just leave it like this. After thinking about it, maybe I can make it into popsicles? So, at the end of summer, I used this half cup of Frappuccino to make a red bean and matcha flavored popsicle. It’s not bad~~ Ingredients: half a cup of red bean and matcha Frappuccino, 150g of light cream, about 20g of powdered sugar, and an appropriate amount of honey red beans
