Prepared ingredients;

Take the egg tart shell out of the refrigerator and soften it for later use;

Remove the core from the durian meat and stir into puree and set aside;

Use a small spoon to scoop out about 15 grams of durian puree and put it into the egg tart crust;

Close the egg tart wrapper with durian meat and pinch the edges tightly (be sure to pinch tightly!);

Arrange into baking pan;

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, middle layer, and heat up and down for 10 minutes;

Take off the tin foil, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds;

Continue to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, until the surface is golden.
