Cantonese style sausage for later use.

Wash the sausage with warm water and cook.

Cut with diagonal knife.

Select the lettuce, wash it, drain it, cut it and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add lettuce and a little salt to taste, stir-fry for a few times, then add Cantonese-style sausage and stir-fry.
