I happened to have some carrot cake made by a friend in the refrigerator, so I fried one for a late night snack

  2. Fry the radish cake in hot oil until both sides are browned (if it is really too cold in the refrigerator, you can sprinkle some water and simmer to ensure it is heated through). Use a shovel to poke a cross in the middle of the radish cake and cut it into four pieces. Then add the XO sauce (I love XO sauce, so I added a big spoonful). Use a shovel to gently turn it a few times. Don't spread it too much. Just make it even.
