Lettuce vegetarian noodles
Overview
To cook noodles, there was no meat or eggs, so I had to cook extremely vegetarian lettuce noodles.

Chop the scallions, cut the white scallions into long pieces and separate them.

Wash the lettuce.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add noodles. Add salt and a little light soy sauce.

Add lettuce and green onions after the dough is cooked.

Turn it over a few times to cut it off.
