Mango custard

Summer is mango season! A friend recently gave me a mango as a gift, and I have become obsessed with cooking recently. I always want to try it in a variety of ways!

Have the materials in the picture ready!

Put rock sugar into a small amount of water and heat to melt!

Add a little water to the fish gelatin powder, heat it in the microwave, and stir evenly! (Or it can be separated by water)

After the sugar is dissolved, add milk and isinglass powder and stir together evenly!

Dice the mango and put it in a container!

Pour the milk into the container with diced mango. After cooling, refrigerate for 4 hours!

After forming, take it out of the mold and cut it into the shape you like! If you like, you can eat it directly without cutting it😂
