Have these ingredients ready. Wash the whitebait, drain and set aside.

Wash the red bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the stems and dice a portion.

Treat yellow colored peppers in the same way.

Wash and dice mushrooms.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add 1/2 spoon of salt, and mix well.
