Oil-free chicken popcorn for 12 months and above
Overview
Everyone knows that fried food is unhealthy, but they can’t resist the temptation. Today I’m going to make some oil-free healthy chicken popcorn. Although it doesn’t have the aroma of deep-frying, it doesn’t require deep-frying, so there won’t be any fumes in the kitchen, and it’s also healthier. It can be given to babies. I wrapped it with oatmeal, and using bread crumbs would make it taste better and closer to a fried appearance. The chicken breast can be marinated in a little soy sauce or can be cooked plain, because it tastes great when dipped in tomato sauce.
